Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the LookCarShow website or placing any trade order. By accessing our website or submitting an inquiry or purchase order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you represent that you are acting in a professional business capacity and not as a retail consumer. These Terms are not intended to grant consumer rights under any jurisdiction's consumer protection statutes.
All orders are initiated via written inquiry (email or WhatsApp) and confirmed through a written purchase order (PO) or proforma invoice (PI) signed or approved by both parties. No order is binding until we issue a written order confirmation.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for standard catalog products is 1 (one) complete set per SKU. Custom or private-label orders are subject to separate MOQ terms stated in the custom project quotation.
All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 30 days). We reserve the right to revise prices without notice for new orders. Once a PI is signed and deposit received, the quoted price is locked for that order.
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Alternative terms (net 30, 50/50, 100% prepayment) may be agreed in writing for specific partnerships. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union.
Order modifications must be requested in writing before production commences. Cancellations after production has begun may incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the order value, plus any material costs already incurred. Cancellations of custom tooled orders may not be accepted once tooling has been produced.
All LookCarShow products are high-quality aftermarket automotive parts. They are designed to match OEM specifications and are not manufactured, approved, or endorsed by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM), including but not limited to BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, or Volkswagen.
While we provide fitment guidance and verification support, it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm compatibility between our products and the target vehicle(s). We strongly recommend ordering a sample unit before bulk purchases. We are not liable for fitment issues arising from incorrect vehicle information provided by the buyer.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for reference. Minor variations may occur between production batches while maintaining equivalent performance and fitment. We reserve the right to make specification improvements without notice, provided they do not materially affect form, fit, or function.
Default shipping terms are FOB (Free On Board) Guangzhou unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer when goods are loaded onto the carrier at our facility. For EXW, CIF, or DDP terms, please discuss with our trade team at the time of quotation.
Lead times stated in quotations are estimates based on current production schedules and are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, value-added taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country. We will provide accurate export documentation to facilitate customs clearance but make no representation regarding the import duty classification or rate applicable to your country.
LookCarShow provides a 12-month limited warranty on all products from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:
Valid warranty claims will be resolved by replacement of the defective part(s) at our expense. We do not cover labour costs associated with part removal or reinstallation. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic or video evidence of the defect.
This warranty is the exclusive remedy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LookCarShow's total liability to any buyer for any claim arising out of or related to a trade order shall not exceed the total amount paid by that buyer for the specific goods giving rise to the claim. In no event shall LookCarShow be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or vehicle downtime costs.
All content on the LookCarShow website — including text, images, product photography, design elements, and trade materials — is the intellectual property of LookCarShow or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Custom designs, light signatures, and branding elements developed for specific client projects remain the property of the commissioning client upon full payment, subject to any terms stated in the individual project agreement.
Both parties agree to treat any pricing, technical specifications, trade terms, and business information shared during the course of a business relationship as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any trade relationship. For custom product projects, a separate NDA will be provided and must be executed before design work commences.
LookCarShow shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: government actions, trade sanctions, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, supply chain disruptions, port closures, or carrier failures. We will notify affected buyers promptly and work in good faith to fulfil delayed orders as soon as possible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules. The language of arbitration shall be English or Chinese (Mandarin) as agreed by the parties.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to place orders after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Existing confirmed orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of order confirmation.
